Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Apollo Peptide. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or supply issues, customers will be notified via email.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

a. Standard Shipping
  • Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days

b. Express Shipping
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

c. International Shipping (if applicable)
  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

  • Customs procedures may extend delivery times beyond our control.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

  • Package weight and size

All charges will be displayed before you complete your order.


4. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to locations where research chemicals or peptides are restricted or prohibited by law.
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring the legality of the products in their region.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

a. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us at orders@apollo-peptide.com

  • We will open an investigation with the courier.

  • A replacement or refund will be issued based on the investigation outcome.

b. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging.

c. Delayed Shipments

Delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs

  • Postal service issues

  • Natural events
    are beyond our control and not eligible for refunds.


7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct address.

  • If an order returns due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.


8. International Customs & Duties

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or fees are not included in our pricing.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges in their country.

  • Customs may hold or return packages; this is outside our control.


9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

Only returns approved by our support team will be accepted.
Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or resent.
